The perfect cobalt blue. I have Evil Eye pendants all around my house & on my jewelry and I've always been obsessed with the bold blue around the eye. This polish is OPAQUE. Perfect for a full manicure & opaque enough for nail art.

Opaque in: 1-2 Coats

Directions: Apply Evil Eye with 1 - 2 coats over our Base-ically Base Coat and top with our Glossy Talk The Top Coat or Matte At You Top Coat.

Cure Time: 30-60 seconds (LED) / 60-120 seconds (UV)

So regal!

I actually first tried this for a pedicure and for someone who exclusively uses pink or maroon for my pedicures…i think I’ve been INFLUENCED lolll. I’m obsessed with how it looks and can see it being added into my rotation. No chips no stains and perfectly shiny two weeks strong
